Hi, I'm Bethany, founder of Sisterhood Support, an NDIS support service based in Chipping Norton, servicing South Western Sydney. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Social Work, working with people is my passion. I have been a support worker for 3.5 years, I bring both my studies and lived experiences to the work I do.
I personally deliver the majority of support, also working alongside a small team of like-minded individuals who share the same passion for people and value of care. I started Sisterhood Support because I believe support should be personal — not rushed, not one-size-fits-all. I take the time to genuinely get to know the people I work with, so support feels less like a service and more like a relationship built on trust and respect. Whether it's help with daily tasks, getting out into the community, or working toward personal goals, I'm committed to walking alongside participants in a way that respects their choice, independence and individuality.
